The primary role of an SAP Consultant is to support medium to large engagement teams by providing hands-on technical expertise in the development and configuration of SAP module solutions. While often technical in scope, consultants also work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Also identifies, develops, and implements techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients. Candidates will be immediately deployed on a challenging client engagement and will have growth opportunities in multiple SAP solutions.
Requirements Significant prior experience as an SAP consultant is required, with strong preference for candidates with prior consulting skills and experience in one or more full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
SAP Functional Implementation Consultants are responsible for assessing client needs and developing solutions around SAP HR functions, including the configuration of the corresponding SAP modules.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing the SAP HR (Payroll) module
Evaluating current client process and identifying areas of improvement within the SAP HR module, while always following best practices
Facilitating client meetings and work sessions
Provide guidance and assistance the project team to ensure the success of the overall solution
Participating in SAP HR sales efforts by assisting in the development of proposals and attending client sales meetings
Requirements/Qualifications:
3 full implementations of SAP HR; preferably in delivering consulting services around SAP HR
Business experience within the Human Resources environment preferred
